Cogent Analytics is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to join our growing Business Development team. This is more than a traditional call-center or sales job. We provide 150+ hours of professional sales and leadership training, ongoing coaching, and a clear path for advancement.

What You Can Earn

• $45,000 Base Salary
• $15,000–$50,000+ in Uncapped Commissions & Bonuses
• $60,000–$95,000+ First-Year Earning Potential

What You'll Do

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for business owners and executives across the country.

You'll:

• Speak with business owners, CEOs, and executives
• Have meaningful conversations about their business challenges
• Identify potential opportunities where Cogent Analytics can help
• Schedule qualified appointments for our Regional Vice Presidents of Sales
• Build relationships with business decision-makers
• Maintain accurate activity and CRM records
• Consistently work toward daily and monthly performance goals
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development

You Don't Need Years of Sales Experience

We can teach you our sales process.
