Recycling Machine Operator
Kelly Professional & Industrial is hiring a Recycling Machine Operator for a Manufacturing Company in Statesville, NC.
Interviews will be required! This position is NOT in Charlotte!
Shift:
- Day Shift
- 8:00 am 8:00 pm
- 2,2,3 rotating schedule will be working every other weekend
Payrate:
- $17/hr
- Weekly Pay every Friday!
Duties:
- Operate the recycling machine, ensuring that the material is fed into the machine efficiently.
- Monitor the operation of the machine to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Lift and manage rolls weighing between 22 to 44 lbs, with occasional lifting of 55 lb bags of resin for resin mixes.
- Work independently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area, as the recycling machine is not located in a climate-controlled environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED
- Meet the Age requirement of 18+
- Previous warehouse experience
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Able to work 12 hours shift
- Push, pull, and lift up to 55lbs
- Steel toe shoes required
Work Policies:
- 100% Tobacco free facility, you can't leave premises to smoke or vape
- NO Jewelry, smart watches, or piercings permitted during working hours. (NOT allowed to cover piercings with band aid must be completely off)
- No strong perfumes
- Safety glasses and hearing protection will be provided by company
