Kelly is seeking  Assistant Machine Operators to join a reputable manufacturing facility in Statesville, NC. This position offers steady hours, competitive weekly pay, and the opportunity to grow your skills with a global industry leader. 

Pay Rates & Shifts Available: 

• Day Shift Option 1: $16.50/hr. | 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (2-2-3 rotating schedule, A & C shifts) 

• Day Shift Option 2: $17.00/hr. | 7:45 AM – 8:00 PM (2-2-3 rotating schedule, A & C shifts) 

• Night Shift: $19.00/hr. | 7:45 PM – 8:00 AM (2-2-3 rotating schedule, B & D shifts) 

With the 2-2-3 rotating schedule, you work only 15 days per month and enjoy built-in weekdays off and regular 3-day weekends. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Support Machine Operators on the production floor with equipment start-ups 

• Assist with resin mixing and perform filter changes 

• Move rolls to the packing line 

• Conduct basic computer data entry (e.g., weighing scrap, entering roll weights) 

Requirements: 

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks 

• Attention to detail for measuring rolls and tracking production data 

• Strong communication and teamwork skills 

• Willingness to work a 12-hour, 2-2-3 rotating schedule
