Assistant Construction Superintendent for a 50-year old company.
- Coordinate and direct sub contractors and suppliers on projects for multi-family properties int he Greater Rochester area.
PM21
Requirements:- Experience required along with excellent problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands on Trades knowledge.
- Ensure work is complete to required standards.
- Negotiate material and labor pricing.
Benefit package after 90 days of employment
