Picker / Packer – Norwalk, CTLocation: Norwalk, CT Position: Picker / Packer Schedule: Monday–Friday Employment Type: Full-Time We are currently hiring Picker / Packers for a busy warehouse operation in Norwalk, CT. This is a great opportunity for dependable, hardworking candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities Pick products and materials according to customer orders and pick lists Pack orders carefully and accurately for shipment Verify item numbers, quantities, labels, and shipping information Inspect products for damage or discrepancies Label and prepare packages for shipment Organize products and maintain an orderly work area Assist with general warehouse duties as needed Follow all company safety and warehouse procedures Requirements Must be able to read and understand English to accurately follow pick lists, product labels, safety instructions, and work orders Previous warehouse, picking, packing, shipping, or receiving experience is helpful but not required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work at a steady pace and meet daily productivity expectations Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift Ability to lift and move boxes and materials as required Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work well independently and as part of a team What We’re Looking For We're looking for candidates who are reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to work.
