Join our team as a Property Inspector and play a key role in delivering exceptional vacation experiences! In this fast-paced role, you’ll travel between beautiful vacation homes, ensuring each property is fully guest-ready and meets our high standards. From checking the small details to identifying maintenance needs, you’ll be the final set of eyes before guests arrive. Responsibilities Inspect vacation rental properties to ensure quality, cleanliness, and company standards are met Check essential items like remotes, appliances, drawers, faucets, and more to confirm everything is working properly Verify homes are fully stocked with all items promised to guests Perform minor maintenance fixes when needed Report larger maintenance issues to the appropriate teams Prepare and stage homes for guest and owner arrivals Manage and restock property inventory Deliver items to guests when needed Travel throughout your assigned territory (this is not a desk job!)
