POSITION SUMMARY Seasonal Guest Experience Specialist – Your mission is to orchestrate the perfect stay for our valued guests, from check‑in to check‑out. As the face of our resort, you will leave a lasting impression with your efficient and professional service. Your success will hinge on your dependability, reliability, and people‑person qualities. RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure a seamless Guest Check‑in/Check‑out Assist with unit maintenance and cleaning requests Assist with all aspects of Front Desk duties Resolve guest issues at a high level Perform all other duties as needed or assigned QUALIFICATIONS Hospitality experience preferred Good written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of the area is a plus Self‑starter who can work well independently Computer knowledge Must be dependable and people‑oriented COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Hourly Wage: $16 – $18 per hour based on experience and achievement. Benefits: This seasonal position does not currently qualify for benefits; however, the selected candidate has the possibility of becoming a permanent team member. In that case, the position would qualify for the following benefits: Paid time off (PTO, sick days, vacation days) Health insurance Life insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Schedule Full‑time 40‑hour work week, weekends and holidays as needed, through Labor Day and potentially beyond.
