Overview Job Title: CAPPS Financials Tower Analyst Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid/Onsite Preferred) We are seeking an experienced CAPPS Financials Tower Analyst to support the implementation, enhancement, maintenance, and production support of the CAPPS Financials (PeopleSoft FSCM) environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional and technical expertise in PeopleSoft Financials modules, business process analysis, production support, testing, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration. Experience working with Texas state agencies and CAPPS Financials is highly preferred. Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions. Configure and support Financials modules within CAPPS. Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis. Coordinate system enhancements, upgrades, and testing activities. Develop functional specifications and work with technical teams. Perform integration testing, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Support CAPPS upgrades, PUM implementations, and patch deployments. Create reports using BI Publisher, PS Query, and SQL. Monitor interfaces, batch jobs, and integration processes. Develop training materials and provide end-user support. Collaborate with business users, project managers, developers, and vendors. Ensure compliance with State of Texas standards and best practices. Required Skills 8+ years of PeopleSoft Financials (FSCM) experience. Strong experience supporting CAPPS Financials. Experience with: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Asset Management (AM) Purchasing (PO) Expenses Business Process Analysis Production Support Functional Documentation UAT Coordination Change Management SQL PS Query BI Publisher Integration Broker PeopleTools Microsoft Excel Preferred Qualifications Texas State Agency experience.
