The ideal candidate will have experience representing clients in commercial real estate financing and investment matters, including representing lenders in the origination of mortgage loans and other types of structured debt, workouts of distressed commercial real estate loans, and other real estate transactions, such as purchases and sales of commercial property. Excellent academic credentials are required and large regional, national, or international law firm experience is preferred.
