A leading real estate investment firm in Atlanta is seeking an Analyst to evaluate and underwrite data center investments. The successful candidate will conduct financial analyses, build financial models, and perform market research to support capital raising processes. Ideal applicants will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, experience in real estate investment, and strong skills in Excel.
