Interventional Radiology Technologist – CV Procedure Lab Community Health Network 1402 E County Line Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46227, United States Shift: Day Job Hours: Four 10‑hour shifts, 06:30‑17:00, currently Tuesday‑Friday with late stay commitment and call every 5th Saturday 08:00‑17:00 Responsibilities Prepares patient and equipment for cardiac lab procedures by preparing site of entry, draping patient, arranging sterilized instruments and catheters, and calibrating and setting up pressure transducers and tubing. Ensures x‑ray images are of good quality and maintains x‑ray related equipment for procedures. Attends to patient needs during cardiac lab procedures. Circulates during procedure, as applicable. Scrubs during procedure, as applicable, assists the physician in maneuvering catheters. Monitors and records hemodynamic, electrical, and angiographic data by operating hemodynamic and electrical amplifiers and digital and line fluoroscopic equipment. Participates in life‑saving measures such as defibrillation and cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Participates in on‑call per established call schedule. Assists in transporting patients to nursing units. Prepares the Cardiac Lab procedure rooms by ensuring adequate stock is available. Performs the professional, clinical and or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department. Communicates effectively with members of the care team to deliver high quality, patient‑centered care. Qualifications Education: Associate’s Degree in Radiology or completion of a certification program in Radiography. License: Current ARRT (R) and current license as a Radiologic Technologist issued by the State of Indiana. #J-18808-Ljbffr Community Health Network
