Enterprise IT Project Manager

Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• We are seeking at least 7 years of experience managing enterprise IT programs, including large-scale transformation efforts.
• We need demonstrated experience overseeing a portfolio of multiple concurrent projects.
• We require strong technical breadth across SaaS platforms, AI technologies, cloud environments, and enterprise IT systems.
• We value proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and build cross-functional alignment.
• We require a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Preferred qualifications include experience leading enterprise-wide digital transformation programs.
• Preferred qualifications include familiarity with Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery approaches.
• Preferred qualifications include experience implementing AI-driven automation or enterprise optimization initiatives.
• Preferred qualifications include strong financial management and portfolio reporting expertise.

• We require the ability to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time.
• We require constant use of a computer and other office productivity equipment.
• We require frequent communication with coworkers, management, and customers, including delivering presentations and exchanging accurate information.

• We will lead and manage a portfolio of 5 to 7 concurrent enterprise IT transformation projects from initiation through closeout.
• We will drive modernization efforts across SaaS platforms, AI-enabled solutions, and enterprise optimization initiatives.
• We will develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, risk logs, and performance metrics.
• We will coordinate cross-functional technical teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership to align with strategic goals.
• We will identify, evaluate, and reduce risks and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• We will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while upholding quality standards.
• We will provide regular executive-level reporting and portfolio health updates.
• We will promote continuous improvement, governance best practices, and standardized project management methods.
