Our responsibilities include Sensor/Weapon Integration, Algorithm Development, User Interface Development, Automated Testing, Cyber Security, and enhancing critical missile defense technologies.The WorkThis position is part of the Systems Engineering and Verification (SE&V) team on C2BMC, reporting to the Engineering Manager for Integrated Systems Engineering Services. The Product Owner will lead a team that provides system and software safety and reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAM) functions to SE&V. Team members include the leads and engineers for both functions. Responsibilities of the Product Owner include:- Oversee all joint team efforts including resource planning and coordinating with other program leadership to perform team reporting of statuses, metrics, etc.- Attend iteration planning efforts and coordinate planning efforts for the team as needed.- Attend leadership meetings with the other POs and Technical Leadership.- Monitor team deliverables and non-deliverables to ensure contractual obligations are met.- Elevate challenges or findings through proper channels.- Communicate statuses to NT stakeholders.- Navigate impediments to the team’s tasks and work products.Please Note:-This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration. -The role will involve approximately 10% travel to customer sites throughout the U.S.Who We AreAs leaders of the C2BMC team, Lockheed Martin partners with industry leaders to develop and field the backbone of America’s missile defense. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per weekPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $109,200 - $192,510. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
