This role will actively look for ways to deliver an incredible experience to our customers and look at ways to improve the submission process and expand the Collectors footprint in the emerging market.You'll report to the Head of International Expansion, APAC and work from our Hong Kong office.There is 30%+ of heavy travel required for this role.What You’ll Do:Execute Sales Strategy: Lead the development and execution of the sales and growth strategy for the APAC regionPartnership Development and Customer Relationships Ownership: Build and maintain strong relationships with major consumer brands to secure partnerships and drive submission growthCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure the successful delivery of launches and campaignsMarket Monitoring and Innovation: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify opportunities for innovative growthCustomer Success: Manage and grow relationships with key customers, acting as their primary point of contact, and ensure high customer retention and satisfaction levels by delivering exceptional service and supportLead Scaled Growth: Create standard operating procedures for new processes and help to build out our employee resource hubWho You Are:6+ years of experience in business development, sales, or regional growth strategy. You have a proven track record of scaling a business or territoryCan bring an established network of relationships with brands, distributors, or key players in the APAC region. Experience in collectibles, luxury retail, or sports marketing is a significant advantageHave a genuine interest in (or a deep willingness to master) the hobby. You understand the emotional and financial value of grading and can speak the language of collectors and investors.Thrive in "10x" environments.
