What You'll DoYou'll lead a team of Learning Experience Designers who create engaging learning experiences that help employees build skills, improve performance, and grow their careers.In this role, you will:Lead, coach, and develop a team of learning designers, helping them grow their skills and deliver their best work.Set the vision and priorities for learning design projects that support business goals and employee performance.Guide the creation of learning experiences across multiple formats, including digital learning, instructor-led training, job aids, and performance support.Ensure learning solutions are learner-centered, easy to use, accessible, and aligned with enterprise design standards.Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to turn business needs into effective learning experiences.Drive consistency, quality, and innovation across learning solutions while creating processes that help the team work efficiently at scale.Use learner feedback, data, and performance insights to improve learning experiences and increase business impact.Stay current on learning trends, technologies, and design practices to continuously improve how learning is created and delivered.Why This Role Stands OutThis is an opportunity to shape how learning happens across AT&T.
