Strategy & Transformation Leader-Domain Healthcare

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, planning, and execution of large-scale transformation programs across clinical, commercial, and operational functions.
Act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leadership and CXOs, guiding enterprise strategy, market expansion, and innovation initiatives.
Drive M&A strategies , including target evaluation, due diligence, deal structuring, and post-merger integration.
Champion digital health transformation , including go-to-market strategy, R&D portfolio expansion, and new product launches.
Align business goals with regulatory compliance (FDA, EMA, HIPAA, GxP) and evolving industry standards.
Collaborate cross-functionally to define data-driven strategies and measure outcomes for long-term business impact.
Build and mentor high-performing transformation teams, fostering a culture of agility, innovation, and execution excellence .

Required Qualifications

12-18+ years of experience in strategy and transformation within healthcare, pharma, biotech, or life sciences.
Proven track record in top-tier consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) and/or corporate strategy roles .
Extensive experience leading M&A transactions and integrations in healthcare or pharma.
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (FDA, EMA, HIPAA, GxP) and healthcare delivery models.
Demonstrated success in enterprise transformation , innovation programs, and digital initiatives.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influence at the executive and board level.
Global exposure across both developed and emerging healthcare markets is a strong plus.
