Deputy General Manager

Salary: Up to $70,000 + Bonus + Benefits We are partnering with a leading family entertainment and attractions business that is looking for a Commercial Manager to join its leadership team in Dallas, TX . This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving commercial performance. You'll oversee admissions, retail, and food & beverage operations, leading a team and working closely with the General Manager to maximize revenue, improve the guest experience, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. What You'll Do Lead the day-to-day operation of admissions, retail, and food & beverage, ensuring an outstanding guest experience Drive sales through merchandising, promotions, upselling, and other commercial initiatives Recruit, coach, and develop your team while fostering a positive, high-performing culture Manage labour scheduling, inventory, and stock control to maximize efficiency and profitability Partner with senior leadership to review performance, identify opportunities, and implement operational improvements Ensure high standards of guest service, health & safety, and operational compliance are maintained About You Proven leadership experience within hospitality, retail, entertainment, attractions, or another customer-facing environment Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving sales and operational performance Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and developing high-performing teams Excellent communication, coaching, and people management skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required #J-18808-Ljbffr COREcruitment Ltd
