Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced, General Manager. Job responsibilities include having a minimum of 5 years of experience in dealer management, being passionate about customer retention and CSI, determining monthly and yearly forecasts in terms of unit sales, gross profit objectives, and departmental profit, working with each salesperson and manager to work on specific goals and objectives, creating a positive sales culture for the team focusing on employee retention, conducting sales meetings, maintaining a balanced inventory in new and used sales, working with the marketing department to create the best overall strategy that can help the dealership meet its goals, and playing an active role in the community.

Requirements include being responsible, ethical and committed, having professional previous sales success, passing a drug screen, background check, and clean driving record, being performance driven with a need to succeed, and holding certificates, licenses, and registrations such as a valid driver's license and a college degree as a plus.
