About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join their team. The CRO will be a key executive leader, tasked with the development and execution of a comprehensive revenue strategy that spans all customer segments and sales channels. This includes overseeing enterprise and small business sales, direct-to-consumer e-commerce, retail operations, and all marketing functions to drive sustainable, profitable growth. The successful candidate will be a strategic, data-driven executive with a proven track record in leading high-performing commercial organizations and delivering measurable business results. Key responsibilities for the CRO include establishing revenue targets, identifying new revenue streams, driving pricing strategies, and fostering a high-performance sales culture. The role also involves executive leadership, partnering with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that commercial strategies align with operational capabilities and customer experience initiatives. Applicants for the CRO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced business degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience in sales, marketing, commercial operations, or revenue management is required, with a preference for those who have held similar executive roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive leadership, strategic planning, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth and organizational transformation. Skills in financial planning, data analysis, and performance management are essential, as are competencies in change management, process improvement, and talent development.
