Student Employment - ITCS Enterprise Data Services BI Developer Student Worker ECU Department of ITCS Data Services is currently seeking a Data Services BI Developer Student Worker. This position focuses on providing analysis and solution development for East Carolina University’s Business Intelligence Center (ecuBIC) initiative, developing and enhancing complex business intelligence solutions, integrating with enterprise‑level systems, and utilizing a variety of development tools to provide access to academic and administrative data residing across multiple databases. Responsibilities Develop reporting solutions for customers. Rewrite current training material and train users for MS Power BI, Power BI Server, and Report Builder/SSDT. Triage client tickets to determine priority, type, and estimate completion time. Create and develop UI for dashboard creation using standardized templates. Qualifications Background in MIS or any CET major preferred, but flexible for students with relevant experience. Experience in dashboard development. Understanding of design and UI elements. Competence in reading SQL / PLSQL. Employment Conditions Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.
