What You'll Do

Support day-to-day HR operations and employee relations
Manage onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
Assist with recruitment efforts, interviewing, and hiring activities
Maintain HRIS records and ensure employee data accuracy
Support benefits administration, compliance, and policy implementation
Partner with managers on employee performance, coaching, and workplace issues

What We're Looking For

3+ years of Human Resources experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
Experience with HRIS platforms and employee record management
Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
