What You'll Do

As an Operations Supervisor, you'll lead daily field operations and support the success of our hauling division. You will:

• Supervise and assign work crews for solid waste collection.

• Monitor daily progress and adjust staffing as needed.

• Conduct field audits and ensure safety and compliance standards are met.

• Handle customer concerns and ensure service excellence.

• Lead performance reviews and support employee development.

• Develop short- and long-term operational goals.

• Oversee compliance with environmental, OSHA, and local regulations.

• Must be willing to occasionally commute to our sister site in Clackamas, OR.

• This position is safety-sensitive

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

• Prior experience in transportation, trucking, or logistics.

• Willingness and ability to relocate for future opportunities.

• Ability to obtain a Class B CDL within 90 days.

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business systems.
