Vehicle Sales Professional
Beechmont Subaru, a proud member of the Kenwood Dealer Group, is seeking motivated, customer-focused professionals to join our successful sales team. Whether you have previous automotive sales experience or are looking to start a new career in sales, we provide the training, support, and tools needed to help you succeed.
Located conveniently off I-275 at the Beechmont Avenue exit, our dealership enjoys a strong reputation, loyal customer base, excellent inventory, and consistent customer traffic. What You'll Do
- Assist customers in selecting the new or pre-owned vehicle that best fits their needs and lifestyle
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Utilize our CRM system to manage customer interactions and follow-up activities
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve dealership goals

Qualifications
- Sales experience is helpful but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic computer proficiency and math skills
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to accompany customers on test drives
- High school diploma or equivalent (college or vocational training is a plus)
- Ability to pass a background check and provide satisfactory employment references
