Automotive Lube Technician Location: Deml Ford – Waseca, MN

We are currently looking for a dependable and motivated Lube Technician to join our growing service department.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Based on experience

• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday. No Saturdays!

• Ability to Commute: Waseca, MN (Required)

• Work Location: In person

The Lube Technician is responsible for performing basic maintenance services with speed and accuracy, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and multi-point inspections. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow into a full-line technician role and build a long-term career in the automotive industry.

• Perform oil and filter changes on a variety of vehicle makes and models

• Rotate and inspect tires for wear and damage

• Perform vehicle fluid checks and top-offs

• Conduct multi-point inspections and report findings to service advisors

• Maintain cleanliness of the shop and work area

• Follow dealership and manufacturer guidelines and safety procedures

• Assist with other tasks as needed in the service lane

• Previous automotive experience preferred, but not required

• Strong attention to detail and work ethic

• Willingness to learn and grow within the service department

• Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with tools

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• High school diploma or equivalent
