Opportunity Batesville Tool & Die (BTD) is seeking a Programmer Analyst/Systems Integration to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our manufacturing technology ecosystem. This is a high impact, senior individual contributor role responsible for integrating ERP systems, plant‑floor technologies, and data platforms that directly support production, operational efficiency, and business insight. Reporting to the IT Manager, this position sits at the intersection of Plex ERP, environments, SQL/data, and security. While the role does not include direct people management, it carries significant technical influence and serves as a trusted technical resource across IT, Operations, and third‑party partners.
