The ideal candidate will support front-to-back investment banking processes, ensuring data accuracy, trade lifecycle integrity, and compliance with global financial regulations.Key Responsibilities:Analyze and document business requirements across trade lifecycle processes for derivatives, swaps, and fixed income products.Develop and run advanced SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze large data.Collaborate with compliance and finance teams to support regulatory reporting.Translate financial product and regulatory requirements into functional specifications and work closely with development and QA teams.Perform gap analysis, data lineage mapping, and root cause investigations related to reporting, reconciliation, and trade exceptions.Support testing efforts (UAT, SIT) for new product implementations, platform upgrades, and reporting enhancements.Assist with data governance, ensuring consistency, quality, and auditability of trading data.Required Qualifications:5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in investment banking, with deep exposure to OTC derivatives and fixed income products.Proficiency in Advanced SQL: writing complex queries, analytical functions, joins, and performance tuning.Experience in regulatory reporting.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
