About the role:
We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Outbound Sales Specialist to join our growing IT company. This is a dedicated, 100% outbound role built for a hunter who thrives on prospecting, building strategic partner relationships, and driving new logo acquisition from the ground up.
If you excel at initiating conversations, opening doors, and converting cold prospects into long-term enterprise value, this is an exceptional opportunity to back your skills with uncapped earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting: Execute high-volume, targeted outbound campaigns (cold calling, emailing, social selling) to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Partner Collaboration: Cultivate and nurture strategic partner relationships to expand our market reach and generate collaborative pipeline growth.
- In-Person Networking & Relationship Building: Actively represent the company at industry events, conferences, and mixers. Be completely comfortable taking clients, partners, and prospects out for networking lunches and dinners to deepen relationships and drive business.
- Market Feedback: Provide insights from outbound conversations to help refine our IT service positioning and go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B outbound sales, preferably within the IT, SaaS, or technology solutions space.
- Exceptional communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- A resilient, self-motivated "hunter" mentality with a strong drive for results.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external channel partners.
- Comfortable with a high-performance, commission-driven compensation model.
