Patient Relations Assistant

Job Summary The Center on Drug and Alcohol Research is seeking a Patient Relations Assistant. * This individual will respectfully acknowledge, greet patients, and answer phones according to established guidelines. * Will register patients, make appointments, and collect insurance co-pays and fees for services not covered by insurance. * Will schedule follow up appointments, assist with daily clinic functions including processing mail, ordering supplies and stocking the lab. Process medical records requests. Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Microsoft office, Excel, Word, Outlook Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?
