Source One Technical Solutions, a 25-year-old NJ-based staffing firm specializing in consulting services, is looking to add a recruiter to our team due to expansion. This is a full-time, fully remote permanent position. Source One primarily focuses on staffing of Information Technology, Scientific, Engineering, Procurement/Supply Chain and Financial consulting positions.Considering making an application for this job Check all the details in this job description, and then click on Apply.Responsibilities include:Sourcing and delivering high-quality candidates across various skill sets in a high volume, fast-paced environment; utilizing sourcing methods and techniques, i.e. job boards, internal candidate tracking database, social networks, professional networking, etc.Pre-qualify candidates to ensure proper skill set match with available positions.Perform documentation of communications in internal candidate tracking database (Job Diva).Job Requirements/Skills:Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferredMinimum of 5 years of recruiting experience in either an agency or corporate environment, utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Experience recruiting for IT and/or engineering professionals is requiredAbility to write effective search strings applying Boolean logicStrong sense of urgency, highly motivated, and focusedAbility to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines under stringent time constraintsExcellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbalBesides constant phone and email interaction with candidates, must have excellent written skills for proofreading and editing resumes before submitting to clientsAbility to develop and manage relationships with candidates and develop a network for sourcing skilled candidatesStrong work ethic and self-motivated personalityAttention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to take direction with minimal supervisionFlexibility to take on more responsibilities as neededSource One offers a competitive compensation plan (base salary plus commission, commensurate with experience), flexibility and the opportunity to grow and advance your career in a friendly but fast-paced environment. xhyhwjd A career in recruiting is very much like being a professional networker, allowing you the rewarding experience of assisting professionals with finding their next career opportunity.
