OCM Change Leader: SAP S/4HANA & Training

Schneider Electric seeks an Organizational Change Management (OCM) representative to drive Power User adoption across assigned business domains. You will identify value opportunities for Business Transformation, Training, Process Mapping, and Communications, and upskill domain knowledge for hands-on training at multiple plants in North America. You will translate BA specs into clear SPLs using Scribe in English and Spanish, maintain dashboards tracking SPLs per sprint, and collaborate with #J-18808-Ljbffr Schneider Electric
