Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg unit position requiring a compact or IA RN license and at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Details

• Hospital-based Med/Surg unit (5 South M/S)
• 26-week contract assignment
• Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Every other weekend (EOW) required
• Holiday coverage required for 3 holidays per year (day before and day of holiday)

Requirements

• Active RN license (Compact or IA state license required)
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• NIHSS certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience
• Licensure verification dated within 30 days of start required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care on a busy Med/Surg unit
• Local candidate rates available for RNs residing in CA, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, MD, MA, MI, NC, NE, NY, OH, OR, and PA
