Job Title: Sky Zone Team Member

Position Overview:
Were looking for a bright, friendly, and energetic Team Member to join our Sky Zone park staff. In this role, youll create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for guests of all ages. Youll be the face of the parkgreeting visitors, assisting with attractions, and ensuring everyone has an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service

• Monitor attractions to ensure safety rules are followed at all times

• Explain park guidelines and assist guests with questions or concerns

• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility

• Assist with check-in, waivers, and ticketing as needed

• Support birthday parties, group events, and special activities

• Work collaboratively with teammates to keep operations running smoothly

Qualifications:

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills

• Positive attitude and ability to engage with guests of all ages

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Ability to stay attentive and enforce safety rules consistently

Work Environment:
This role involves being on your feet for extended periods, moving around the park, and occasionally lifting or assisting with equipment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.
