They pride themselves on building a collaborative and efficient workplace, offering opportunities for growth and career development.Job DescriptionCoordinate and monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals and deadlines.Maintain accurate production records and documentation for tracking purposes.Maintain order sheets and WIP trackers, monitoring all details (fabric, trims, samples, lead times).Communicate regularly with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and timely material delivery.Liaise directly with international factories on a daily basis.Identify and address potential production issues to minimize delays.Ensure all production processes adhere to company standards and regulatory requirements.Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.Provide regular updates to management on production progress and challenges.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
