Production CoordinatorHIS International is a leading Children's sportswear company doing business in licensed and private label with ALL major retailers across the USA.Job DescriptionCommunicate with vendors/factories daily on all production related mattersManage the life cycle of assigned brands/styles in productionReview all tech packs to insure accuracyResponsible and accountable for customer compliance approvals such as PP samples, Top samples, etcMonitor and update WIP reports and keep track of approval/production/delivery status dailyTrack all testing to ensure product standards are metWork with design and license teams to get tech packs and approvals in a timely mannerQualificationsSolid production experience, children's sportswear preferredSelf-motivated and able to get things doneMajor retailer experience a plusStrong excel skills and computer skillsOrganized and detail oriented.Sense of urgency and prioritiesTeam player and strong work ethicAbility to multi-task in a very fast-paced work environmentAll candidate information is confidential as according to EEO guidelines.
