Production Coordinator

Client Overview: Our client is a leading fashion company specializing in women's apparel. They are currently looking to add a Production Coordinator to their team. Salary/Hourly Rate: $28/hr - $30/hr Position Overview: Our client is seeking a Production Coordinator with 3+ years of apparel and fashion production experience to support production tracking, vendor communication, order follow-up, and on-time delivery. Strong hands-on experience with A2000 is required. This is a seasonal opportunity with potential to convert to a permanent position. Responsibilities of the Production Coordinator: Manage apparel production and order follow-up using A2000. Track production timelines and ensure on-time delivery. Coordinate with factories, vendors, freight forwarders, and internal teams. Follow up on production issues, shipping, testing, inspections, and compliance. Monitor order status and delivery schedules. Support communication with overseas factories and vendors. Required Experience/Skills for the Production Coordinator: 3+ years of apparel and fashion production experience. Strong hands-on A2000 experience is required. Experience coordinating with factories and vendors. Production follow-up and order tracking experience. Knowledge of shipping and delivery schedules. Strong organizational and communication skills. Preferred Experience/Skills for the Production Coordinator: Experience with retail or private-label accounts. Experience working with overseas factories and vendors. Bilingual language skills are preferred but not required. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Apparel, Business, or a related field is preferred.
