Victoria Crossing Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated healthcare team. If you're passionate about providing quality care and making a difference in residents' lives, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Monitor, measure, and accurately record vital signs
• Observe residents' conditions and promptly report changes to nursing staff
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment to promote resident comfort and safety
• Provide respectful, compassionate care in accordance with facility policies and care plans

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Minimum of one (1) year of nursing home experience
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Basic computer skills for electronic documentation
