Patient Services Associate - Front Desk & Care Coordination

Ohio State University Physicians is hiring for a Lead PSAs role within patient support services. The team coordinates front-desk duties, scheduling, billing tasks, and patient communications in a busy outpatient setting. The position requires a high school diploma and at least one year of customer service experience, with strong problem solving and interpersonal skills to ensure excellent patient care and confidentiality.
