What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair drivability concerns, engine performance issues, and complex electrical systems
• Perform work efficiently and accurately according to repair orders
• Communicate with service advisors and parts team for seamless workflow
• Document all work performed and recommended repairs
• Test drive vehicles to confirm repairs and ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay current with manufacturer bulletins and technical training
• Mentor apprentice technicians when assigned
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Follow all OSHA, EPA, and dealership safety policies

What We're Looking For

• Proven drivability and diagnostic expertise
• Ford certification required
• Previous automotive service technician experience (minimum 3-5 years preferred)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
