Position: Senior Recruiter (Full Time)

Compensation: $18-$24 DOE. Bonus plan. Full benefit package.

Location: Ann Arbor

Responsibilities: As a Recruiter , you’ll help people take the next step in their careers while helping our clients build strong teams. You’ll learn the staffing business from the inside out—sourcing candidates, matching talent to client needs, and building skills that grow with you. Additional client-specific responsibilities may apply for onsite recruiting roles.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

1. Recruiting and Sourcing: Find, connect with, and engage candidates for temporary and temp-to-hire opportunities in fast-moving workplace environments.

1. Qualifying Candidates: Learn each candidate’s experience, goals, and strengths so you can make thoughtful, high-quality matches.

1. Marketing and Placement: Share qualified candidates with clients and celebrate the wins when the right match comes together.

1. Order Fulfillment: Move quickly and stay organized to help clients fill roles on time and keep candidates moving forward.

1. Customer Service: Lead weekly client status calls to help ensure quality, speed, and communication standards are being met.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

• Certifications: Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) and OSHA-10 certification are preferred but not required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is preferred.
