About the Role

The Company is in search of a strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its leadership team. The CFO will play a pivotal role in the executive team, overseeing all financial aspects of the company's operations, including capital raising, fund management, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, accounting, compliance, and reporting. This hands-on leadership position demands a professional with deep expertise in real estate finance and a successful track record in capital raise environments. Key responsibilities for the CFO include leading financial strategy, managing capital raise initiatives, developing financial models, and maintaining strong relationships with investors, lenders, and financial partners. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or CPA preferred, and at least 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience, particularly within a REIT, real estate private equity firm, or institutional investor. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should be prepared to demonstrate a strong understanding of fund management, real estate finance, and asset valuation, as well as knowledge of REIT regulations and compliance requirements. The role also involves supporting deal structuring, due diligence, and transaction execution for new investments in senior living communities. The successful candidate will be expected to collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, provide financial insight to support the company's growth, and manage finance and accounting teams and external advisors. Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills are essential, as is the willingness to travel occasionally.
