You will be responsible for opening doors, engaging with key decision-makers, and consistently filling the sales funnel with qualified prospects. Qualified candidates excel at building immediate and strong rapport with key decision-makers and have a true "hunter" mentality and a proactive "go-getter" attitude.Specifically, you will:Develop and expand long-term relationships with key national accounts across the countryDrive revenue growth by increasing market share by ways of entertainment, direct mail, referrals, advertising, trade shows, cold calls and other miscellaneous promotional activitiesTrack and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and KPISPrepare estimates used for managing purposes, such as planning, organizing, scheduling work and preparing bidsAnalyze blueprints, specifications, proposals and other documentation to assist in the preparation of time, cost, materials and labor estimates for all phases of projectConsult with and respond to inquiries from customers and subcontractors regarding areas of expertiseStay updated on industry trends, market conditions and competitor activitiesMaintain close, positive working relationships with field and administrative departmentsRequirements:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceFive years sales experience in a construction environment or to the facilities/operations market is a plusAt least two years of outside sales experience, with prior national sales experienceDemonstrated competency in interpreting and applying complex estimating guidelinesKnowledgeable in and proven abilities with estimating in a paving, landscaping or construction type environment viewed as a plusExcellent math and geometry skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal60% Travel #J-18808-Ljbffr
