Job Title Principal Integrated Logistics/Product Support Manager Job Code 39052 Job Location Plano/Rockwall, Texas Job Schedule 9/80, off every other Friday, 1st shift Job Description The Principal Integrated Logistics/Product Support Manager will be responsible for leading an Integrated Product Team in developing and recommending support/sustainment solutions for the Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) business area by use of long term support principles. Responsibilities include but are not limited to technical management and technical oversight of cross functional teams and provide direction, guidance and mentoring. Successful candidate will serve as the Logistics Engineering point of contact and technical interface for the AEW&C business area. Essential Functions Must be able to obtain a security clearance. Proven Integrated Logistics Support - Integrated Product Team technical leadership Hands on Logistics Support Analysis development and documentation skills (LMI, MIL-PRF-49506, MIL-HDBK-502, GEIA-STD-0007, DEF-STAN-00-60) such as, but not limited to, Facilities Requirements Document, Maintenance Task Analysis and Integrated Logistics/Product Support Plans Experienced in developing and managing LSAR (SLICwave/EAGLE/PowerLog-J) Experienced in developing plans, LORAs, SERDs, and provisioning data Spares analysis using system reliability/maintainability data as related to the maintenance concept Life Cycle Cost and Total Ownership Cost focused on operations and support cost estimating Experienced with cost account management and earned value management system and developing metrics Familiarity with repair depot activations and customer planning/coordination Ability to translate system requirements into functional requirements Technical proposal writing skills Experience developing and executing Contractor Logistics Support and Performance Based Logistics programs Experience overseeing the development of Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals and Training Material Experience with creating labor estimates derived from customer requirements Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and confidence providing presentations to senior leadership Must possess strong computer skills (Microsoft Office programs) Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
