In this role, you'll partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Development, QA, UI/UX, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to coordinate multiple concurrent projects, keep priorities on track, and ensure key milestones are met in a fast-paced software environment. You'll play an important role in bringing teams together, solving project challenges, and helping deliver innovative software solutions to our customers.Primary Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for independently managing multiple, simultaneous projects working directly with and coordinating with Procede teams (Product, UI/UX, Development, QA, Deployment, Education, Sales, Marketing, etc.) with little to no supervision from managementManage all phases of the product release process for projects including responsibilities such as:Coordinating/leading meetingsDelegating and overseeing deliverables assigned to resourcesSetting and adjusting expectations to ensure project and process continuity and timely delivery of projectsIdentifying potential issues, risks, and conflicts and devise contingency plans to address, resolve and/or escalate in a timely fashionUpdating project details in project management toolsCollaborate with project management team to continually review and establish best practices using the latest tools and techniquesKeep informed and current on organization product offerings, integrations, and related componentsResponsible for communicating build updates and coordinating support requests as neededFacilitate internal communication and effective collaborationWork with product owners to handle backlogs and new requestsHelp teams implement changes effectivelySupport company's continuous improvement initiatives by recommending process improvements, innovative technology and tools, and documentation updates (KBs, customer-facing guides, etc.)Desired Qualifications/SkillsKnowledge of project management principles, practices, and tools related to product/software developmentKnowledge and experience with SCRUM/JIRA principlesSkilled at managing multiple deadlines, keeping projects on task, and tactfully communicating scheduling changes, disruptions, and resetting expectationsAdvanced expertise to understand and communicate technical and functional business operations requests to both technical and non-technical users/clientsAbility to work independently, take initiative, and to make critical decisions based on sound judgment but have an understanding to know when to escalateAbility to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clientsPossess excellent organizational, time management, and follow through skillsRequirementsBachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered3-5 years of project management experience2+ years of scrum/JIRA experience2+ years of experience in software or technical services industry in related roleExperience with Cloud platforms is a plusPMP certification a plusPhysical RequirementsAbility to sit at a desk, computer terminal or meeting table for a long period of timeAbility to use hands and fingers or adaptive equipment to safely operate assigned equipmentAbility to lift up to 20 lbsAbility to use telephone frequently for a long period of time, and to hear and speak clearly by telephoneThe Exciting StuffBenefitsMedical, Dental and VisionCompetitive CompensationRetirement Plan with Company MatchHealthcare FSA & HSA with Company ContributionsPaid Time Off (PTO)Volunteer Day Off (VDO)14 Paid HolidaysWork equipment (laptop, monitor(s), keyboard, mouse, etc.)Destination office in Solana Beach, CAHybrid work scheduleLocation and CompensationThis is a hybrid-remote role; candidates based in San Diego county are expected to work a minimum of one day per week in the office, those residing outside of San Diego county will be considered fully remote.
