Job Description

• Prepare, review, and organize legal documents, including contracts and agreements.
• Conduct legal research to support the legal team and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Assist in managing litigation matters, including gathering and organizing evidence and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems for legal documents and correspondence.
• Coordinate with external counsel and other departments to facilitate legal processes.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to the retail industry and advise the team accordingly.
• Support the legal team with administrative tasks, including scheduling and correspondence.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address legal inquiries and provide guidance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Paralegal should have:

• Knowledge of legal procedures and terminology, particularly in the retail industry.
• MUST HAVE 3 years of being a paralegal
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and office software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in handling legal documents.
