Senior Payroll Administrator

Supporting accurate and timely payroll processing for over 10,000 employees, the full-time Senior Payroll Administrator will manage biweekly and semi-monthly payroll cycles, ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations, and collaborate with HR and finance teams in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Process and validate payroll inputs for biweekly and semi-monthly cycles, ensuring deadlines are met Leverage Workday expertise to monitor payroll readiness, audit data, and resolve payroll-related issues Serve as first-level support for payroll inquiries, addressing employee pay and tax questions through a ticketing system Required qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience in payroll or a closely related role Strong Workday and ADP SmartCompliance experience in payroll operations Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and reconciliations Demonstrated ability to manage competing deadlines in a high-volume environment Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting payroll discrepancies and issues
