Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Step into a rewarding, contract-based opportunity providing occupational therapy services across school settings. This full-time position spans from July 22, 2026, to May 28, 2027, offering an engaging environment working with a diverse student population from early childhood (3K) through 12th grade. You’ll make a lasting difference in the daily lives of students with varying abilities, traveling between sites in several attendance areas.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Prior experience delivering OT services within school settings
- Ability to conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong skills in consultation and collaboration with educational teams
- Comfortable adapting therapy to meet a wide range of student needs and ability levels
- Excellent communication and organization abilities
- Willingness to travel within the assigned attendance areas as needed
What You’ll Do:
- Administer screenings and formal evaluations for students aged 3K–12th grade
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with educational teams
- Deliver direct therapy and consultative services according to IEP mandates
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
- Offer expertise and resources to staff and families to support student participation and success
- Manage a varied caseload, tailoring approaches for diverse learning needs across multiple school sites
This full-time contract opportunity spans 37–40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, ensuring both structure and the chance to build meaningful relationships over the academic year.
