Sales Manager

Overview Mackenzie Stuart is partnered with a leading distributor in the fuels and lubricants sector, seeking a Sales Manager for their growing business in Florida. You will be an individual contributor responsible for establishing new business and expanding market presence. We are looking for someone with a strong background in sales, in either Commercial, Automotive or Industrial Fuels or Lubricants, and a proven track record of customer acquisition and account management. Responsibilities Identify partnership opportunities and maintain existing business while growing accounts. Develop new relationships to help expand the company, aiming to achieve significant revenue targets. Manage all sales-related processes, including customer acquisition and on-site presentations. Conduct customer visits and provide on-site consultations. Analyze the market to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Participate in trade fairs and events to enhance company visibility. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in lubricant or fuel sales Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a self-motivated and independent working style. Knowledge of the market and ability to conduct competitive analysis.
