Special Education Teacher

Collaborate with classroom teachers to modify instruction, adapt materials, and implement intervention strategies. Monitor student progress through data collection, assessments, and regular check‑ins, adjusting support as needed. Communicate consistently with families, teachers, and school teams to ensure alignment on student goals and services.
