Maintenance Manager Willoughby, OH, US | Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $110,000.00 Annually Bowden Manufacturing is seeking an experienced, hands‑on Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maximizing equipment uptime, ensuring facility reliability, and supporting safe, efficient production. This position is ideal for a floor‑oriented leader who enjoys coaching teams, solving problems, and partnering closely with Production, Engineering, and Safety. What You’ll Do Oversee maintenance and repair of all production equipment, facilities, and infrastructure Develop and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs Coordinate daily priorities with Production, Engineering, and Quality Plan maintenance during downtime, shutdowns, and emergency situations Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspections, and compliance documentation Track maintenance KPIs to improve reliability and resource utilization Manage parts inventory, maintenance budget, and vendor relationships Drive equipment reliability improvements and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable safety and environmental regulations What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience 5–10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems knowledge Experience with ERP systems and maintenance tracking tools Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to safety, accountability, and continuous improvement #J-18808-Ljbffr Bowden-Manufacturing
