This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain professional office experience while developing valuable customer service and communication skills.


In this role, you'll handle a high volume of both inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers, gathering information, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction. No previous call center experience is required-we'll provide the training needed to help you succeed.


What You'll Do

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls daily
• Answer questions and provide information in a professional and friendly manner
• Make outbound calls to customers, clients, or leads as assigned
• Accurately document call details and update records
• Follow established call scripts, procedures, and guidelines
• Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up communications
• Resolve basic customer concerns or direct inquiries to the appropriate team
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude on every call
• Meet daily productivity and performance goals
• Support team initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment
